  - Merchant email address                                                                                                   
  - Language preference
  - Subscription and billing information

  Uniconta ERP Credentials
  - Uniconta username, password, and company ID — stored encrypted using AES-256-GCM

  Customer Data (from orders)
  - Name, email address, and phone number
  - Billing and shipping addresses
  - Customer metafields (if configured for debtor matching)

  Order Data
  - Order details including line items, SKUs, quantities, prices, discounts, and taxes
  - Financial and fulfillment status

  Product & Inventory Data
  - Product titles, descriptions, SKUs, prices, and variants
  - Inventory quantities per location and warehouse

  3. How We Use Your Information

  We use the collected data solely to provide the app's core functionality:

  - Synchronizing products, prices, and field mappings between Uniconta ERP and your store
  - Syncing inventory levels across warehouses and locations
  - Transferring orders from your store to Uniconta ERP
  - Matching customers to Uniconta debtors
  - Managing your subscription and enforcing plan limits
  - Logging sync operations for troubleshooting

  4. Third-Party Services

  We share data with the following third-party services, only as required for the app to function:
  Service: Uniconta ERP
  Data Shared: Customer info (name, email, phone, address), order details
  Purpose: Order sync and debtor creation

  Purpose: Data storage (Firestore), credential encryption (Secret Manager), scheduled sync (Cloud Functions) hosted in
    europe-west1 (Belgium)

  Data Shared: Shop domain, email, company name
  Purpose: Subscription billing
  We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other third parties. We do not use any analytics or tracking services.

  5. Data Storage & Security

  - All data is transmitted over HTTPS
  - Uniconta credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM
  - Shopify OAuth tokens are stored in a local database and deleted upon uninstallation
  - App data is stored in Firebase Firestore with server-side access only
  - Cloud Functions run in the EU (Belgium, europe-west1)

  6. Data Retention

  - App configuration and sync logs are retained as long as the app is installed, and after uninstallation to allow seamless
  reinstallation
  - Session data is deleted immediately upon uninstallation
  - You may request full deletion of your data at any time by contacting us

  7. Your Rights

  Under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR), you have the right to:

  - Access the personal data we hold about you
  - Correct inaccurate data
  - Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
  - Export your data in a portable format
  - Restrict or object to processing of your data

  8. Cookies

  The app does not use cookies beyond the session cookies required by Shopify for authentication.

  We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last
